Growing Older Doesn't Mean Living in Pain

For the past five years, I've had the privilege of working with seniors, providing more than 10,000 treatments.

I once worked alongside a physician who often told his patients, "Getting older means you're going to be in pain." Every now and then he'd refer one of those same patients to me, and it always made me smile because, together, we'd often prove that idea wrong.

Getting older brings changes, but pain doesn't have to be accepted as "just part of aging."

I've seen patients with arthritis, spinal stenosis, joint replacements, and multiple chronic conditions make meaningful improvements in just a series of treatments. The goal isn't to pretend we're twenty again. The goal is to help your pain settle down so you can move more comfortably and enjoy the things that matter to you.

Acupuncture is one piece of that puzzle. Long-term success usually comes from combining pain relief with simple daily habits like appropriate movement, stretching, and gradually rebuilding strength. My job is to help you get moving in the right direction and give your body the opportunity to do what it was designed to do—heal and adapt.
